This was Joey Yung's first album ever since her voice loss incident that started in late 2001 and her couple months break from the music industry. The break was spent trying to cure her voice and learn dancing and more about singing in the United States and Japan. Through the help of a female singing teacher, she regained her voice through acupuncture in Nanjing (though her voice is not as stable as it used to be). Being the first album after not being around for a while, this was a highly anticipated album, selling over 50,000 copies in Hong Kong (Platinum status) just through pre-orders. This album is a fan favourite because almost all songs were considered "plug/single worthy". Joey said that when she finished recording the album, she was paranoid that her voice in the album was not good enough (because of the voice loss incident), but her teacher, [[Roman Tam]] comforted her and said that there was nothing wrong with it and that the album was great.
