Give Love A Break是容祖兒的第八張個人廣東專輯，於2004年10月14日發行。碟內主打歌曲有"分身術"、"心病"和"蜃樓"。而碟內歌曲"16號愛人"，雖然沒派上台，但亦十分受歡迎及知名。

Give Love A Break is Joey Yung's eighth personal cantonese studio album, released on 14th October, 2004. Plugged songs in the album included "Spliting Bodies", "Secret Trouble" and "Mirage". Although the song "16th Lover" was not plugged, it still became well-known in the public.
