Give Love a Break是容祖兒的第八張個人廣東專輯，於2004年10月14日發行。碟內主打歌曲有《分身術》、《心病》和《蜃樓》，其中以《分身術》成績最好，亦最為人熟悉。值得一提的是，沒有派台的《煙霞》和《16號愛人》傳唱度也十分高，祖兒更於多個演唱會亦有表演和改編。這專輯的照片，以及其中4首音樂錄像帶，皆是遠赴青島拍攝，取景當地的大自然風光。
